CDN Peering Policy

Effective date: 26.09.2025

Welcome to the peering policy page for Arriga CDN, a leading Content Delivery Network provider for emerging markets. Peering with Arriga CDN enhances content delivery performance, reduces latency, and optimizes traffic costs for your network and end-users.

Overview

Arriga CDN operates a global network designed to deliver high-quality content efficiently. We maintain an open and selective peering approach. This policy outlines our guidelines for establishing peering interconnections.

Peering Policy

Arriga CDN has an open peering policy at public Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) where we are mutually present.
We also consider selective private peering arrangements on a case-by-case basis for networks with significant traffic volumes.

Open Peering: Available at any common IXP, requiring a minimum of 50 Mbps of in-continent traffic destined to or through your network to ensure efficient utilization.

Selective Peering: For private interconnections, we require multiple locations and evaluate based on mutual benefits, traffic volumes, and network compatibility. Private peering supports connection speeds of 10G, 40G, 100G, and Nx100G.

Requirements for Peering

  • Maintain an up-to-date entry in PeeringDB (https://www.peeringdb.com/), including your ASN, contact information, peering facilities, exchange information with properly formatted public fabric addresses, ASNs, and NOC/peering contact information. For private peering, maintain private facility details for targeting.
  • Support both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols, including unicast.
  • Adhere to standard BGP practices, including prefix limits (suggested: 100 prefixes), and connect with route servers where applicable.
  • No ratio requirements or mandatory contracts.
  • Networks must have a 24/7 NOC for operational support.
